Glyco Rewards Terms and Conditions

Membership & Eligibility

Glyco Rewards (“Program”) is a loyalty rewards program owned and managed by Glyco Skincare Pty Ltd ACN 134 881 093 ("Glyco Skincare", "Glyco", "”) and operated by ("the App"), on behalf of its customers. Membership to the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals 18 years and over and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, shareholders, directors, and representatives of Glyco Skincare and its affiliates are ineligible for Membership.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Membership is free and enrolment in the Program is automatic when a store account is created at There is no cost or purchase required to become a member. About the Program

The Program is an online, points-based program where registered users of the Program may earn Reward Credits (also referred to as points) by purchasing products or through various 'actions' at Credits accrued are non-transferable to other users or accounts and have no cash or monetary value. The Program may be changed from time to time at Glyco Skincare’s sole discretion and without prior notification, however when any such changes occur this information will be updated on our website at, within the Terms and Conditions and/or the Program App (""). 


Earning and Redeeming Program Rewards

Under the Program, you earn Rewards Credit (“point/s”) for every Australian dollar spent on products (including GST) purchased at, with the exception of gift cards, shipping fees, other fees or charges, historical purchases prior to joining the Program, or where otherwise permitted by law. Only purchases made online at are eligible for Rewards Credits. Glyco Skincare products purchased at retail location(s) do not qualify to earn credits. You must be logged into your store account prior to finalising an order to receive eligible Reward Credits in to your Program account.

Additional Reward Credits can also be earned through 'actions' such as writing a product review, when new customers first register/sign up for a store account, refer friends to using your unique link via the Program App and provided the receiver uses that link and after a completed sale at, celebrate a birthday (you must enter your date of birth in the Program App when logged into your account). Rewards earning limits apply, refer to the Program App for details. 

Reward Credits are deposited after an order is paid for or after a completed 'action'. Reward Credits can only be used for future redemptions. In order to redeem your credits, you must accumulate the minimum number of Reward Credits required for an award as outlined in the Program. Reward Credits cannot be purchased. Once a redemption has taken place, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded and the Member’s points balance will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the Reward redemption. Reward Credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of Glyco gift cards. Members who earn Reward Credits solely through 'actions' without making a purchase at is ineligible to redeem points and their member account and redemption request will be terminated.


Program Reward Credits/Points Expiration

Any Reward Credits earned expire twelve (12) months from the date points are deposited into a Member’s account. Reward Credits are deposited once an order is paid for or a 'action' is made. If your account is closed due to inactivity, all Reward Credits will be forfeited. Glyco Skincare reserves the right to close inactive accounts and void any unused Reward Credits after twelve (12) months of inactivity (no purchases or redemption).

Redeemed Reward Expiration

Once points have been redeemed for an award, members have up to six (6) months to utilise the award before it expires. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated and therefore are considered void. 

Membership Levels

Members achieve new membership levels ("tiers") at anytime when the minimum annual spend amount required for each tier level is met. When a new membership tier is achieved, members keep this tier status until 31 December the following year, during which time the minimum tier amount must be spent in order to retain the tier. If the minimum annual tier amount is not met, membership will revert to the next lower tier level. Membership levels are assessed yearly on the 31st of December. The benefits offered at each membership level is discretionary and are not guaranteed. 


Promotional Offers

From time to time, and at the discretion of Glyco Skincare, Members may be invited to earn Bonus Reward Credits during a specific promotional period in which case the additional credits will be automatically deposited into a Member’s account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. These Reward Credits are for use toward a future purchase and are not redeemable for cash. Offers are subject to change, alteration, or termination by Glyco Skincare in its sole discretion at any time.


Changes and Termination

Glyco Skincare may, in its sole discretion, amend, limit, or modify the Program rules, benefits, regulations, eligibility for Membership, and may terminate the Program any time, in its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on our website at, within the Terms and Conditions and/or the Program App.

Glyco Skincare reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program in its sole discretion. Any failure to follow the terms of the Program, abuse of the Program, Membership inactivity for more than 12 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Glyco Skincare may subject members to Membership cancellation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is cancelled by the Member, or us, any Reward Credits in your account will automatically expire. It is the Member's responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time to stay informed of any changes. By participating in the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.


Privacy Policy, Limitation of Liability, Website Terms and Conditions

Glyco Skincare respects your privacy. The personal information collected from each member, including purchase history, will only be used and disclosed by Glyco Skincare for the purpose administering the Program, internal analysis for marketing purposes, and as otherwise permitted by Glyco Skincare Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy ("the App"). By creating a store account and receiving automatic enrolment for Membership in the Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Glyco Skincare.
